Not all martial arts schools are created equal and it is important that you choose the one that is the best fit for you and your family.

Whether you are looking for a martial arts school in our area or in another part of the country, we suggest that you ask several questions, tour the school, meet the instructors and watch a class to help you make an educated decision.

What types of programs do your offer?

We have programs beginning with our Little Ninjas (ages 3 and 4), our karate kids program (ages 5 and 6) and our youth program (ages 7-12). Our Teen/Adult program begins at age 13. In addition for those who wish to do added core fitness, we offer core body workouts. Please feel free to call us or stop by to go over the program that is right for you.

I’m a little nervous about joining. Is the atmosphere competitive or aggressive?

Almost everyone is a little nervous about attending his or her first class and that is perfectly understandable. We are very proud of our family friendly, positive environment where everyone encourages and helps each other. Our goal is to make every student feel welcome and comfortable each and every time they walk through our doors.

Do I have to be in great shape to start classes?

Absolutely not. The many wonderful benefits of martial arts training is the exercise, but you certainly don’t need to be in shape to get started. As a new student, you are encouraged to work at your own pace and you will never be asked to do anything you aren’t ready for. You will find that bay coming to class you will quickly feel better, increase your flexibility, become stronger, improve your overall fitness level and lose weight if that is one of your goals. No matter what your level of physical fitness is, we invite you to join us and get in the best shape of your life.

Are parents allowed to watch class?

Yes! We encourage and welcome spectators at all classes and belt promotions. We have a comfortable open view lobby that extends to the dojo.
